Generally speaking, agencies will pay for advertising, whereas independents generally will not. If this generalization of a mode of thought were not true at a basic level, then those “free escort web sites” wouldn't be so popular. Nor would be trade off's or "in trade" to directory owners for premium banner placement be so common. For those of you who didn't know this sorry to burst your bubble but too many providers and directory owners have to brag to someone.
